Terms & Conditions

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Sam Travels and Tours.

Booking: On confirmation of booking, your contract is with M/s Sam Travels and Tours. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

Payment: For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to Sam Travels and Tours. The deposit is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. In case of any ticketing or visa services, full payment is required in advance.

Balance Payment: Balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the service date requires full payment at the time of booking.

Mode of Payment: Clients can make payment using any of the following methods: Cheque / Demand Draft, Bank Transfer, or QR Code.

Note: All payments must be free of any withholding tax or bank deductions. Charges for remittance are borne by the payer.

General Terms: Kindly carry your address proof while travelling. Sam Travels and Tours will not be responsible for loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings, or for delays due to weather or natural causes. Jurisdiction: Delhi.

Cancellation Policy

At Sam Travels and Tours, we strive to provide flexibility. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

  • Cancellations before 30 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations before 15 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations before 10 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation charges.
  • No refund in case of no show.

Written cancellation is accepted only on working days. For festive or peak season bookings (X-Mas, New Year, Diwali, Long weekends), payments are non-refundable.

In case Sam Travels and Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen reasons, an alternate date or a full refund will be offered.

Refund Policy

Sam Travels and Tours ensures transparency in our refund process:

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • No refunds for no-shows or partially used services.
  • Non-refundable services include flight/train tickets, visa charges, and hotels with non-refundable terms.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required for last-minute bookings made within 10 days of the tour date.
  • Flights, trains, or bus tickets require full advance payment.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Digital Wallets (Paytm, GPay), or Cash at our authorized offices.
  • Refunds follow the above-mentioned Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Sam Travels and Tours is not liable for chargebacks or disputes made without prior communication.
